My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is it possible to put a tilt mechanism on tv (for viewing comfort) with this set -up?

    Yes, the TV can be tilted. But keep in mind that if is a permanent tilt, the TV will have to be inset more deeply into the wall. Many clients use a thin Chief articulating mount if they can easily reach the TV. This enables you to manually pull out the TV, tilt it and/or turn it to the desired viewing angle.
