It looks like a very tight crystal and consistent granite like Golden Peach or possibly a quartz material like Silestone or Caesarstone. It's difficult to tell from this distance.

Hi Rebekah, SO SORRY it took a year to reply (all the Houzz emails went into a SPAM folder). The countertops are a Caesarstone 3CM. There are many other companys, but Caesarstone and Quantra seem to have the best quality and best prices, Silestone is also good but it is pricey.
