Wow - we have worked with a lot of glass blocks over the year but I don't know whose pattern this is - Owens Illinois used to make glass blocks over 60 years ago - maybe it's from their line?

Looks like Owens Illinois pattern 17; in this case 317 as they only offered the radial blocks in 7 3/4" (nominal 8") coursing. The Radial pattern is 317-R. Owens-Illinois stopped producing block in 1966, and this pattern was probably dropped in the 1950's. Hardy Glass Block in Chicago has shelves of some of the old stock from salvaged jobs. It's hit or miss if they have this pattern.

I would recommend calling Hardy Glass Block mentioned above.

Chris - our company does not have these glass blocks. They were discontinued many years ago. I would guess it's going to be a needle in a haystack challenge.

Unfortunately I do not. Corners are hard to come by it seems. If I happen to stumble across any I will reach out and see if you have had any luck in finding some.

This looks like a pattern either made by Owens Illinois or Pittsburgh Corning - both of which are out of business. There are similar patterns however - feel free to call our office at 877-668-5888 if you want a prefabricated assembly using a similar block to these.
