My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The island is 8'6 x 4'6.

    The kitchen is 19'-8 1/4 x 8'-4 1/2 not including the space behind the stools.
