Unfortunately I am not getting a response from the contractor. This kind of stair is not that complicated, the support structure is simple wood framing dressed over with paint grade wood. The treads are simple wood pieces that can be made from the species of your choice and easily attached to the structure. The glass guards and glass supports are a separate trade and are standard products. The handrail is a separate trade as well available from light metal fabricators, the handrail attachment is standard glass industry hardware that requires coordination to have the holes drilled in the right locations.
