HELP! Master bedroom!!

Hi! We recently bought this house, I am having trouble with the master bedroom. That one cubby on the right has a little seat but the other does not. I kind of want it to be uniform with no seat there so I can have floor to ceiling drapes, BUT THEN my dilemma is what about that 3rd window on the left?!

Side note as well, was thinking about painting the walls grey and the tray ceiling black to make it very elegant, THOUGHT?!?!

Such a great space! I love your idea of repainting it. That will make all of the difference! I would suggest keeping the window seat area.
When I do windows, I like to layer the treatments.
For example, do inside mounted roman shades with a pair of panels on each side (the panels are for aesthetics only - not functional). If you were to do that in this space, you could do the romans and panels on the 2 windows, and then just the a roman on the area with the window seat.

Keep the window seat. It is a beautiful space(s) as in you have two spaces and should have them blend in the room but not match. Sometimes mind set assists in the decorating. A round occasional table with fresh flowers would be perfect I. That area. Or a comfy chair for reading.
