Hi, there. I'm trying to design my master bedroom closet (for 2 people), and I've stumbled upon the Ikea Pax system. Right now, with the sale, it seems to be the best value out there for a cool, modern design with lots of drawers and extras.

My closet is a bit of a strange shape. I'm wondering if I can put the deep units along the long back wall. They are 22-7/8" deep.

I'd love to be able to put their shallow units between our closet doors (pocket doors) for shoes and extra storage. I'd also like to put another shallow one on the wall to the right of the pocket door on the right (the wall marked 28").

Given that the closet is 62" from front to back, that will leave a little over 25" between the 2 units. Is that enough space in between? I think I read somewhere that they recommend 30". I could really use the extra space, but don't want it to be so crowded that I feel like it is hard to function in there.

I've attached my drawings to give you an idea of what the closet looks like. I've also attached a stock photo of the deep units in white (I will probably be getting the ones that are white oak finish).
