Light colored granite or Quartz. Take a photo of your cabinets and use it to put up against samples or sheets of granite at fabricators showroom. This is entirely a personal choice. Usually the one that is right will practically jump out at you when you see it. Keep it light and neutral. You'll see some amazing pieces but don't be tempted to get something dark or colorful or wildly patterned. Keep it simple and elegant.
