what is this kind of window treatment called?

In addition to being very soft, it is incredibly absorbent and wicks moisture away, making it an ideal material for towels and bed sheets. kkovarik, this window treatment is a bi-fold plantation shutter, sometimes called a bi-fold accordion shutter. Hope this helps-happy Houzzing!
