Hi! I purchased a shower fixture from Houzz shop; the page took me to the site of Jollyhome.com where I checked out and paid via PayPal. This was done on 25 Jan, and while I recieved a confirm from PayPal and I can log in to Jollyhome's site and "see" my order, I have not heard from them yet- nor does it show as shipped. I'm a little worried because usually when I buy, I receive an email confirming my order and est shipping, etc. Since my bathroom remodel is ticking right along on schedule, I'm wondering when (if?) I'm getting the shower fixture. Digging a little deeper the site says the company is located in China- eek. The only number is a long distance no. there. Has anyone reported issues with this company to your knowledge? Thanks!!
