Beautiful space! Countertop seam question

I'm a designer in Michigan. I am selecting this product for a very large island as well. I notice you mentioned there is a seam. Where may I ask did you put the seam? It doesn't look "Book Matched", so how did you keep the pattern looking so consistent the length of this island?
