My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Will it hold two vehicles?

Will the lift bring up a car from the lower level if there is a car sitting on top -- as in this photo, i.e., will it raise the car in the photo up into the rafters?

Or is a car on the lower level stuck there until the car above is moved?
