Help updating 1970's contemporary exterior

Need desperate advice on how to update my 1970's contemporary bi-level home. Considering a dark gray color throughout, no trim. Maybe bigger windows over garage, landscaping? House has a wrap around new deck that has been recently stained a dark brown. Garage doors and trim are Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal, body of house is BM Misty Skies, door is BM Satchel. Any help will be appreciated. The house was painted last summer but it still looks drab and dated. Any help will be appreciated!

My wish is that you will come straight out your front door, through that planter box/wall and down to the cameraman, waiting to greet you and your visitors where they can be welcomed, away from the service area to the right. What happens now when there are two cars at the garage doors? Tight fit and unpleasant.

You can take the groceries up through a stair in the garage, no?

Get a postlight and a house number down here as a greeting, perhaps some color in a planter or pot, how about it?

The main body color reads more white than gray. Perhaps all you need to do is to try a darker shade. The door could use a brighter color, as well; black is safe, gray the color of the garage doors is safe, but orange and purple would really pop! Check out some midcentury homes on Houzz for ideas. Nice place!

i'd be tempted to add flat 1"x2" or 1"x3" around the windows above the garage; then paint all the trim black including around the garage doors; then paint the garage doors & the front door red or orange or, even, purple as suggested above. (my choice would be red.) i tried to add trim around the windows but couldn't manage on this pad. hope this helps a bit. it's a really nice house.

Try pruning the trees on the left. Then redo the landscaping with a more natural look. The house itself is fine. A new door color might be appealing to you.

The exterior of your house looks fine. Put your money into repairing your driveway so the home looks well maintained.
