need apple recommendation

Hi all, I will be planting a new apple tree soon. I live in coastal california where we don't get cold winters, so I need a low chill variety.
My personal favorites are Honeycrisp and Fuji, I like the sweet flavor and the crisp texture is a must.
I have two Gordon's that are doing well, the flavor is great but storage is not good.
I like the idea of having apples that you can't find in the stores. The varieties I am considering are:
Anna
Arkansas Black
Pettingill

The new tree will be planted along a fence and espaliered.

All suggestions GREATLY appreciated,

My climate is a lot different than yours as I live inland but I have had success with Anna, Dorsett Golden and Pink Lady.

Pink Lady is by far the best followed by Dorsett Golden and Anna.

Dorsett and Anna are very low chill and either would fruit great for you. IMO Dorsett is much better than Ana.

This year I planted Fuji, Arkansas Black, Empire and Honey Crisp so I cannot offer any experience yet.

Honeycrisp, although absolutely beyond Awesome, will not likely do so well in your climate.
Aside from that, Jennifer pretty much nailed it. There a couple of folks here who specialize in their knowledge of low-chill apples and who would be able to offer a wealth of information and suggestions.
