I agree with S. Francisii too. As it gets older/bigger, it will start to flop over and grow like a donkeys tail succulent. One common name I've heard is fox tail sansevieria.

Thank you so much for the ID. I thought it was a sans, but by the time I got it home, I wasn't so sure anymore. I did a gardenweb search on francisii, and I saw a picture of a mature plant. Wow! I would love to see mine big enough to hang over the edge of the pot like that. How exciting!
I'll wait until spring and pot it up to a 3" pot. Right now it's in a 2".

Thanks for the picture, Harry. I can see this sans doesn't send up pups. Now I know to look for a stem from the bottom. Yours is much taller than mine. I'll have to wait a year, I'm sure.
