Your seedlings look perfectly healthy to me. The first, little, almost triangular leaves are the seed leaves and they naturally go yellow and fall off. The plants are too cramped for a hot climate country, or will be soon, so you could pot them up into individual pots. However, I grow my basils very close as they never get very big in my climate and I grow them more like cut and come again salad leaves than the big bushes hotter places can support.

I would stop spraying and water thoroughly but less frequently. The soil needs to be moist (not wet) deep down, not at the top.
