I have a rosemary, about 1.5' tall. I keep it indoor near a window. But I've seen some white power on the needles, probably powdery mildew. I'll spray some clean water on the leaves and allowed the plant to dry outside.

Is this enough? Or I need to spray something stronger, like vinegar or baking soda etc?
