got a nice working fully functional 32" lcd yesterday for $20. thats almost free. i got one last fall for $40 and sold it for $75. than i bought a 40" for $50 so it ended up costing me $15. i dont see any free working HD tvs on CL but i figure with my trading scheme, i am getting close.
