Sounds like a fan going bad

I have a Magnavox 50ML8105D/17 (DLP-TV)..there is a sound like a fan clicking very loud..then the TV shuts down and goes to the red light mode (shuts down). I have replaced the fan on the light bulb..and one of the vent fans. Am I missing something? Sounds like the new fan near the light is clicking. Is there an insulation that I am missing? Thanks
