Our stainless apron front sink included instructions to flush mount or undermount. We installed ours undermount. It is a large, single bowl, 10" deep. I bought it on Overstock but for the life of me I can't remember the brand. Very good price for 16 ga. This pic shows how the edge of the sink is squared.

After I posted above I remembered the brand is Vigo. They actually show a pic of the sink flush mounted on their website. It's the 5th pic in the pics shown under the sink...hope that makes sense!

My sink is Julien and I'm very happy with it. It's not top mount, but they have a very wide range of options and also do customization. You may want to try them.

Controfreakecs, the Juliens are stunning! Even though probably too modern for my kitchen I'd get one except that even the 30" bowl sizes require a 36" cabinet.

dcward, thank you. Will seriously consider Vigo. Seems to be the right kind of install option. I wish most sinks did not have the flat bottoms. I hate chasing food particles down the drain. How have you found the finish and sound proofing to be on your Vigo?

There is a Kohler Vault apron front model that can be flushmount.

I love, love, love my sink. Probably one of my top 2 favorite things in our new kitchen. The finish is great, not brushed but not super high shine and it has been very easy to keep clean. We've had it installed since last June and no scratches yet...probably helps that we keep the grid in all the time and I only use the sponge side of the scrubbie to clean it...usually just clean it with dish soap or 409 but maybe once a month I use the liquid Bar Keeper's Friend and it has stayed looking brand new. I was a little worried about the soundproofing only because of it being deeper than our previous sink but it hasn't been an issue at all.

Almost any farm sink can be flush mounted. It just takes the proper coordination between cabinet installer and counter fabricator. And the correct counter material.

Thank you GreenDesigns.It does look to me that all the squared off edge sinks should be able to be flush mounted but I didn't really know. The Kohler (which I'm not getting) has an apron which is broader than the sinks sides and I didn't know if that was necessary for any flush mount.

Our Kraus apron is flush mounted. I love how it both looks and functions.
