My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    the pool deck looks great but how slippery is it when wet? I have 2 small kids so I need something that is safe for them to run on when wet. Also, what is the pool interior color?

    We had tumbled travertine put in also and it was great (not slippery) UNTIL we put a "sealer" that was recommended over it, now it's a slipin and a slidin...they do make a filler that you can put into the sealer, found out a little too late :(

    The pool is a light grey color which allows it to match the ocean color, since it picks up on the color of the sky. The photographer highlighted the pool color in light blue to make for a more interesting night photo.
