I've found a prep sink I like on Amazon (good depth with a rack on the bottom). It's from a company I've never heard of-- Magnus Sinks. A buyer asked a question and was told the shipping box was labeled IPT Sink Company. I don't know how to judge a sink; the info says it is "16 Gauge 304 Grade Surgical Stainless Steel". Anyone?
