Hi. Thanks for submitting your question. The exterior is Western Red Cedar with copper flashing, gutters and downspouts, Vermont slate roof and stacked granite stone veneer. The vertical siding is called "board and batt". The horizontal siding is "rabbited bevel". We custom crafted the garage doors. The color you inquired about was likely a Pittsburgh Paint color in the 507 family ( http://www.ppgvoiceofcolor.com/digital-color/paint-colors/flint-gray-507-5). For trim, we used a Duckback Transparent Stain. Milled siding/lumber packages and garage doors are available for direct sale to you or your contractor via our retail entity, OlsonWorks. www.olsonworks-inc.com.

We appreciate the compliment. I would like to add that this is a freestanding garage with some living space on the upper floor. It pales in comparison to the custom home we built as part of the same project. See "Craftsman Style Home" on our Houzz profile for more photos of the custom home. Now, to get to your question, this garage is about 22 feet tall, as it is a two-story building. Width is about 40 feet. We would be happy to consult with you about your project. Your intended purpose for the building, the grade of the lot you plan to build upon, local building code requirements and the surrounding environment should all be taken into account when planning.

What is the height of the opening of that garage? Does it open to where the curve is?

No. We do craft custom garage doors and they can be made taller. We have done this on other projects to accommodate for an RV bay.
