I have to replace the rug in the living room of our Michigan beach cottage. The current rug (shown) has not worn well and is too small. The area is very humid in the summertime. We rent the house out when we are not using it. So I am looking for a rug that is very durable and is kid & dog friendly. I was considering an indoor/outdoor rug made of polypropylene. Thoughts?
