My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That was made by a local shop here in Austin called Architects and Heroes that seems to have gone out of business. :-( However, google "pulley pendant light" to show a variety of choices.

    If it help at all, we carry a half dozen or so pulley style pendants that may work for your application plus there is a new series coming in in a week or so (should be up on the site this weekend. Best of luck to you
