Thanks so much for your question. This is an Indoor/Outdoor fabric that is water, light, and mildew resistant. This being said, it has a light fastness of 5,000 hours which is about the typical length of a summer. This means that if this is in the direct elements for a season, you will get some fading. We suggest putting these in a covered area that is somewhat protected from the elements to ensure they have a longer life.
