We have 2 raised beds we put in last year in our front yard. They are approximately 2'x8'

Last year we had a good crop of broccoli, green beans, red cabbage, mini pumpkins, chives, red onion, carrots, radishes, and a few peppers. This year we want to ditch the cabbage and do lettuce instead. We failed at watermelon, zucchini, peas (don't ask how), jalapenos, garlic, and something else.

We started a few broccoli and peppers inside, and were wondering if we could transplant them outside in a few weeks if we built a hoop tunnel for them. Would it be beneficial or just let them grow slow indoors? I have a few preschoolers that love to poke at them.
