My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

DIY Hardwood Flooring Transformation

When Wes and Erica moved into their new Birmingham, Alabama home, they knew almost immediately that they wanted to do some serious updating to the space. One of the areas they knew they needed to overhaul was the flooring.

After consulting with South Cypress, they decided on Storka Wentworth oil-rubbed French Oak hardwood.

The new flooring looks BEAUTIFUL! Wes says it is the first thing guests comment on when entering the house!

    beautiful floor. well done. I dislike carpet. maybe on bedrooms, but nothing beats a wood floor with rugs on top.
