How hard are glass block to clean?

The glass blocks themselves are easy to maintain with a squeegee and glass cleaner. The issue that most people have is the grout joints between the blocks. We have tried to make it as user friendly as possible by recommending that they pay a little extra and use epoxy grout. We did use epoxy grout in the picture here.
