It's stainless steel sheet actually. Really easy to clean! :)

Hi there, I don't didn't do the panel installation myself, but it is fairly simple DIY project. You can find the Stainless Steel Sheet in either IKEA or larger hardware stores, such as Home Depot or Lowe's. It is basically silicon to the wall. The only tricky part is that if you are putting it between existing upper cabinet and counter, you might have to dismount the upper cabinet to tuck the sheets behind to avoid cutting the panels. Alternatively, you will have to cut the panel to size and caulk. Hope that helps!
