Do you find the backsplash to be too busy with the granite? I personally love it, yet I am working with a tile company who is trying to sway me to go with a less busy tile with a very similar granite. My color scheme is nearly identical to this one -- only my cabinets are antique white. The island cabinets are dark brown.

We are not decorators, and without seeing your specific colors, it's hard to say. But I think the brown cabinets pulls it all together. I don't think the photo looks busy at all, I think it looks great! Good luck to you :)

This is a gorgeous room. I think the backsplash needs to have variation in it. It gives the room texture and brings warmth in to the room. I love it.
