It needs the same care as your other roses, sunshine, water, some fertilizer now and then and a little pruning once in a while. I would plan on planting it outside as soon as possible. Roses do not make good house plants. For now keep it well watered, in as much sunlight as possible and let it recuperate from the repotting. You may want to put it under lights (fluorescent) if you can't give it good sunlight through a window right now. Also keep a dish or cup of water next to it to bring the humidity up around it. That should keep it going until you can plant it out.

With those Super Market roses they may be pot bound with the roses circling the pot. You will have to untangle them That is why the water runs off. Every time i get a potted rose or a bedding plant it's the same. Untangle the roots and it will start growing good!
