Wintering over

We are renovating an old "camp" house in northern Maine as a three season house. We will close it in the fall before the hard freeze and reopen it after the final freeze in the spring. This means that the house will have no heat in the winter when temperatures of 20 below zero are likely and colder temperatures possible.

What surfaces can handle these extremes?

We are particularly concerned about counter tops, flooring and cabinets. Any ideas

?
