We actually scoured the area and the internet looking for an old row boat. After an unsuccessful search, we simply hand an "old" one custom made.

I really like this idea. If you have an old boat that you can not repair, re-purpose it and turn it into a giant overhead lamp. I am not sure how you thought of it but great looking statement. http://www.idahowatersports.com/shop/boat-landing/service-request/
