The rounded columns and the railings are not in keeping with the style of the exterior.

Consider adding more mouldings and architectural details.

Get different porch furniture. Black wrought iron. Get two bigger black urns...put on either side of door with plants. More or bigger window boxes on top with ferns and trailing plants.

The color is what throws it off. Window on top seems wrong size. Agree that more architectural detail is needed. Not sure the lights are right. Too small/too many?

You're all right. This house was built in 1910 and some of the decisions, inside and out, aren't doing the house any favors, but I think it has potential.
Paint will definitely be on the To Do list and I wanted your educated opinions on what else should be done. I don't think cleaning up that landscape and adding some base plantings would hurt either. :)
