Where can I purchase a back bar like that or make one?

I want to get a back bar like the one in the photo. Not sure if it would be available to buy retail or if I can make it. My head is spinning trying to find this online. Thank you!

We are going crazy looking for a bar counter like this one. No one sells them. Every picture on houzz that has one of these are custom made. Seems like it would be a great start up business for someone!
