Need help with wilt

Since the ground is infected with the wilt and don't have many options for moving crop. if I tried a straw bale garden growing the tomatoes in the bales and not infected ground have a drip system to keep wet and would add food through drip and side dress on top of bale would this keep them from getting infected?
