It is about 32 psi (2.2bar) and the Gemoro (silver unit), which you are probably comparing it to, consistently produces slightly over 26psi (or 1.8bar). This is all from a study we had done by engineers at the factory comparing the two products. If the other company states anything else, they are just exaggerating. There is actually no way to produce more than we have out of the size boiler inside both units without needing an exterior pressure gauge (this is by law). There are many other factors studied that are superior, but you did not ask about those. I will be happy to send you a copy of the results.
