My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I bought the ballet barres at Alvas. See http://www.alvas.com. My trim carpenters mounted the barre brackets on top of piece of wood cut to the size of the mounting bracket. After we installed the brackets, but not the barre, my mirror guy cut mirrors to fit with holes where the brackets fit. I did this because I was afraid that pressure on the barre would transfer to the mirror and crack the mirror.
