My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    macmedia, It's actually two coats of gel stain and the color is Spanish Oak, it was apply using a brush, here's the final result

    The upper cabinets appear to have new doors with different style. Gives it a more updated look but is more involved than just paint!

    Good eye Beth Baize, and yes the doors were replace to like you mention give it a more updated look, our client was in charge of that and we think that was an awesome idea, not only that but the Island was also re-done.
