My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yep! Those are amazing, especially for the color choices, but obviously not for everyone. I was happy to find navy lanterns at Ballard Designs for about $239 on sale. Not even close in quality, but they get the job done and give me a similar look.
