My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Good morning, the lights are by a to the trade only lighting manufacturer Hector Finch, If you would like the cost I would be happy to get it for you. The lead time to order is 8 to 10 weeks as they are all made to order. Thanks for the inquiry! Frank Hodge.
