I like seeing pictures before opening posts.

I like the like and thank you buttons...also being able to post more than one pic at a time.

My computer crashes about once or twice a year and I lose everything I bookmarked on my personal computer. So I am really thankful that houzz has the option on its site to bookmark posts, so next time my computer crashes and yes it is just a matter of when, then I will still have my bookmarks available to me on houzz.

littlehelen...what thank you button?

I love that I can read on the GW Forums on my iPad w/out those crazy annoying links and ads.

I also like:

• The ease of posting & editing and adding links to the posts.

• The ease of using Bold, Italics , bullets and numbers.

Where is the Thank You button?

The "say thank you" option only appears on threads that you initiate - not on the threads you're only replying/posting on.

ohh ...duh! I was gonna say that I see the 'Say thank you' on every post...ha! guess I did, in fact, initiate the thread!! LOL....... and I'm just now seeing the bold and italics, too! So many choices!!!! Perhaps 'some' changes are for the better, after all!!

You're welcome. That had me a bit "befuddled" at first. I noticed it on threads I initiated. If you click on it to thank someone for replying when its highlighted in green - and if you hover the cursor over the "Say thank you" - it'll show you thanked so and so. If the person you thanked has their Houzz profile set up to receive certain types of notifications, they'll get the message they've been thanked.

I found that I could see everything on my Android phone so when I'm in the fabric store - I can pull up the lotto thread to remind myself of the color scheme for the new block.

that's pretty techie-savvy, Linda! never would have thought of using the phone!
