My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what is the size of this deck? average cost?

I am looking to have someone build us a deck. as is, what was the cost of this deck. size. i am thinking 25 x 15 size.

    Thank you for your questions! This is one of my favorite projects.

    This deck was built with ipe (EE-Pay) wood.

    Here is some info from ipedepot.com: At $3.50 to $4 per linear foot, ipe typically
    costs about 30% more than a knotty cedar or pine. A 400-square-foot ipe
    deck would cost about $500, not including other materials or labor.

    Ipe is such a hard, dense wood it does require a little different method of installation than other decking. Click here to read more about it.
