We are simply thrilled with our renovation by HighCraft Builders! From the first design meeting to the final walkthrough, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Christian Renger (Project Coordinator) and Dennis Hicks (Project Manager) for keeping everything running smoothly. Aubrey Carson's design expertise transformed our vision into a beautiful reality, while lead carpenters Scotty McDermid and Rick Douglas delivered exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. HighCraft provided outstanding design support, a clear and accurate budget, and a realistic timeline—and they honored both: they were on time and on budget. When was the last time you heard that about a construction project?! Communication was excellent throughout the project, expectations were always clear, and every person who worked in our home was professional, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. By the end of the project, they felt more like friends than contractors. The attached before-and-after photos speak for themselves. We would recommend HighCraft Builders without hesitation to anyone looking for a team that combines creativity, integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Working with High Craft was an excellent experience. Their process from start to finish was great, and a strong reason I went with them. The project coordinator was a great guy. He worked hard to make sure he captured what I was looking for. He also did a great job of explaining how High Craft moved through a project. Supplied handouts and walked me through the steps. The designer was also great. She and I synced up well with our ideas and she was great in getting a feel for the style I was going for. If I wanted her to take full design control, she would've easily done so, and she was happy to collaborate with me. It was great to work with her. My project manager did a fantastic job with my project. He was thorough throughout, always available to chat, or collaborate. It was super easy to communicate any changes I wanted to make, and he was really transparent when the scope my need to change (my home was built in 1904, so surprises were possible). I could tell he truly wanted me to be happy with the work and the job altogether, he was invested. Excellent to work with him. What I really appreciated about working with High Craft was that they strove to make me happy with the project, I could tell it really mattered to them. They were always transparent about their process and the costs, I never had any surprises. Everyone was always so kind and genuine. I would definitely use them again. I'm super happy with my remodel, they did excellent work. My Project: Bathroom remodel. Interior remodel. Exterior shoring up of foundation, landscaping and hardscaping.

5 honest stars -HighCraft custom homeowner rated here: I was browsing Houzz just now and came across the photos of our mid century mountain home that we contracted HighCraft Builders to design/build for my wife and me. A unicorn undeveloped large hilltop view acreage lot 30 mins from town, with privacy and gated paved road access was found/septic inspected/soil samples/lot survey with partial topography, then purchased by us late spring 2021, design/plan phases 1 and 2 were immediately started then. Physical construction and groundbreaking took place at the end of Nov. 2021, and actual completion/occupancy took place exactly as scheduled and expertly planned 10 calendar months later. We LOVE our modern HighCraft built home. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the collaboration with all of the HighCraft staff: Zach Larrick for the contract pricing and initial deal, Aubrey Carson our experienced and wise architect, Jill Sanchez our pro designer from start to finish, and we so highly recommend our project manager/builder legendary pro himself, D Walker. The entire company staff were all a pleasure to interact and do business with. Look up the photos to the 1959 Dennis Blair's Schell house -this midcentury home was a real inspiration to us, especially for the cantilevered deck and cantilevered kitchen island ideas. I started this process 20 years ago collecting ideas, unique photos, and actual fixture model numbers and their pricing -saving them first on Houzz's ideabooks, then I just streamlined and kept a running shared AppleNotes list a mile long over many years -I think I blew them all away when we showed up with that, prepared for class. But we were open to these pros' new suggestions, too. It all clicked. Yes, it's expensive...much more than any "just add water production-built house" (I sold 400+ production new homes for 10 years so I'm biased against those). We really got what we paid for. The design creature comforts throughout inside and outside, our Milarc custom walnut cabinetry designed for two cooks to prep/cook and eat in at the same time, our Miele/Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, our Grohe master bath super-shower -it's all so much to list. And I simply can't believe we get to enjoy living in this custom dream home every day. Enough gushing. If you're in the Northern Colorado area, take a look at the several other highly rated custom home builders, read their policies and get their sample contracts. These custom builder contracts differ greatly, it's worth paying an attorney to review them before you commit. We chose HighCraft because they were fair and the right fit for our risk tolerances. Their homeowner references were transparent and true. I especially wanted to complement HighCraft's willingness to respect our privacy and not let curious random people know who we are. In light of that, I am willing to private message here with anyone who would like a sincere earned reference of their work from me. -graham

HighCraft is a class act! They did a fairly major kitchen remodel for me that resulted in such a seamless appearance, you wouldn't know a remodel has occurred if I didn't tell you. From the initial meeting to discuss possibilities, through the scope definition, design process, planning, set-up, and project execution, everyone with whom I dealt was professional, FUN, knowledgeable, and obviously dedicated to a quality outcome. They took excellent care of my home, protecting floors, furniture, wall hangings, etc., and segregating the remodel area from the living area. Despite interference from the COVID-19 pandemic and related shutdowns last Spring, HighCraft completed my project within budget and before the projected completion date. I have referred them to others, and will continue to do so without hesitation!

HighCraft did an ambitious and intricate remodel for me, and executed it perfectly from the design stage at the beginning to the final clean-up at the end. They turned my vague ideas into solid realities, and many times went above and beyond in order to deliver a perfect result.
