I see a lot wrong. I suggest hiring a local architect to design for you a home to meet your needs and responds to your site. There is a lot of wasted space in the house and spaces that will not work. One of the first things that caught my eye was Bedroom #2's "walk-in" closet. There is no space for anyone to walk into the closet. The master bedroom closet is HUGE for the amount of hanging that is shown. There is hanging in front of a window. The pantry is huge and inefficiently laid out. The dishwasher is away from the sink. If someone is standing at the sink and someone standing at the range they will bump into each other. The stairs look like they go from the first floor to the first floor. From the front door there is a view into the master bedroom. The mud room is small. The master bathroom's toilet glove box is small. I'm sure if I had more time I could find more. In my opinion, this house is laid out poorly. I strongly suggest you hire an architect for the amount of money you will be spending to build a home.
