Hi Melissa, thanks for your question. The hand hewn oak floors were hand finished in a multi step process of stain and wax and were done by Historic Floors in Greenwich, CT. They have a very appealing weathered look that goes well with the owner's furniture and desire for a more updated look for their new addition.
