Painting interior of 3 floor town house and need advice for the main floor. The main floor has open floor plan - kitchen faces north (pictured below), dining area with no windows and living area with south facing sliders. It is a nice, bright living space with all maple flooring in a light, natural finish.
The dining and living areas will be painted BM Powell Buff - an HC color I love. Off white sectional in living area. Dark cherry dining table. Kitchen is all white cabs with med green/multi splashes of eggplant countertop. Can't change countertops just yet but am putting in all new stainless appliances. What color choices for kitchen? Maybe add upholstered parsons dining chairs in complementary kitchen color?
The kitchen paint color has to go with the Powell Buff and another color for the entry hallway which also leads up the stairs to 2nd floor. Ideas for paint color for that area too!
