master bathroom tile

I am currently building a house and picking out the tile for the master bathroom. I am having a really hard time making a decision. I am not sure if I should do different tile for the shower and floor. below are some pictures of some ideas I was thinking of. I am going to have the dark cherry cabinets and then was thinking of the light tile for in the shower and around the tub and having a grey tile for the floor. Do the 2 tiles clash too much? please help!!!

Try ti find something a bit better coordinated, if you can, for a more cohesive look.

I'm having the same problem as you are! From your pick, though, I don't think the the grey floor tile coordinates with the wood nor with the shower tiles. Can you find a brown tone tile for the floor in a similar shade as the grey you've picked out? Such as this:
