Grethe Meyer Pendant Lamp 11.8"

1) Is the length of this lamp adjustable? 2) Is the stem of this lamp a cord? Or is it hard metal? 3) Does the top part of this lamp have a disc that screws into the ceiling? Or is it just a cord and I have to hang it onto a hook? Thanks!

    1) The GM Lamp comes with a fixed cord length of approximately 9'. 2) The stem is a cord. The only metal part is the lamp shade. 3) The cord has to be wired into a ceiling outlet manually. A canopy kit for covering the ceiling outlet is included.
